I chose five required concepts from a list, those were;

3. Chromatic Mediant Relationship
4. Modal Mixture
5. Compound Melody
The piece is meant to play the moment Josh Brolin's character begins to walk toward the scene of dead drug smugglers and abandoned trucks, and ends moments after the survivor asks for water.
