Laidlaw Center, named after former WCC President Bill Laidlaw, was the first building constructed for WCC at the current Cordata Campus. Sign on trailer reads: "Dawson Construction Co.". Sign in background reads: "Future Site Core Facility, Whatcom Community College". Label on back of photo reads: "Laidlaw Center, 6-20-86". Construction on Laidlaw Center was completed in 1987.
