Description
For women of color, there are disproportionate rights and employment challenges that are faced, like: the wage gap, harassment, physiological issues, and more. This paper describes the battle for rights and gives a glimpse of the battles fought for equality in the workplace. Discrimination comes at a cost for individuals, and businesses, but there is a way to move towards diversity and a bright future. Many companies are starting to create change in hopes that other organizations will follow in their footsteps. Research includes surveys and interviews.
