Description
Many of the research found today about workplace harassment fails to mention anything outside of sexual harassment. This research paper explains different types of workplace harassment, the consequences for individuals and businesses, traits of a harasser, interviews with real individuals who have experienced workplace harassment, a survey with 66 diverse women of all races, ages and industries to give their experiences with workplace harassment, and there is an interview with a family life therapist who has been interviewed. The paper includes primary and secondary research, and it also includes contacts for individuals who are experiencing workplace harassment to reach out to in Washington State. This information is extremely important to better understand how workplace harassment affects an individual.
